ICUC Moderation Services Inc. provides content moderation and community management services for leading marketers and agencies around the world. We are looking for an Account Manager to manage projects and develop strong relationships with our clients.
Qualifications:
- Intimate knowledge of interactive media including websites, blogs, message boards, community forums, chat rooms, text messaging
- Fluent in French and English (fluency in Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese an asset)
- Above average computer skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently among a team of moderators
- Attention to detail and knowledge of Internet risks is a must
- Account management experience, specifically marketing programs, a definite asset
